All orders submitted online will be manually checked by a customer service representative for accuracy: of quantities, weights, application of correct shipping charges and provincial sales taxes.

Orders can also be placed via phone or email.

Applicable Taxes

Due to changes in taxes charged per province, we have to check each order to apply and collect the correct taxes.

Residential Addresses

Residential addresses are subject to a $25 surcharge.

Payments

Bruce&Clark accepts Visa, Mastercard, and EFT payments.

If paying via credit card:
Credit Card payments will only be processed after manually verifying your order, and the amount charged will be the total including the correct shipping charges and correct taxes.
