Your order will always be checked by a Customer Service Representative for accuracy: of quantities, weights, application of correct shipping charges and provincial sales taxes.
Applicable Taxes
Due to changes in taxes charged per province, we have to check each order to apply and collect the correct taxes.
Residential Addresses
Residential addresses are subject to a $10 surcharge.
Credit Card will be charged only after double-checking your order.
After being manually checked by a Customer Service Representative, your credit card will be charged the correct amount for your order (correct shipping charges and correct tax).
SHIPPING INFORMATION
What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
All submitted orders are reviewed by a live Customer Service representative. Correct and approved orders will ship from our warehouse in 2 to 3 business days. Bruce&Clark uses several carriers and we will determine the best carrier for your destination.
How long will my order take to arrive at its destination?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Transit time can take from 3 to 10 business days, depending on destination.
We ensure that all orders are shipped out of our warehouse within the time prescribed by our strict company shipping policy. We are not liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US/Canada Postal system and other "Act of God" such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes etc.
What are your shipping rates?
To BC and AB: $15.00
To SK and MB: $30.00
To ON and PQ: $40.00
To the Maritimes: $50.00
To the NWT and Yukon: $50.00
Note: Rates apply to COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES only.
Residential address are subject to a surcharge of $10 on all orders.
